Who we are

Orders: You order on the site and we call you to confirm before shipping. Nothing ships until you confirm.
Price: The price shown on your order is the total you pay; delivery is free to every city.
Payment: Cash on delivery. You pay nothing upfront.
Delivery: Once confirmed, we ship your order and tell you the delivery day by phone.
Right of withdrawal: You have 7 days from receiving the product to return it without giving a reason. Return shipping is at your cost; we refund you within 15 days at most (Law 31-08).

What we collect: Your name, phone number, city, and address if you give it. Name, phone and city are needed to deliver your order; the address is optional.
Why: Only to confirm your order, deliver it and contact you about it.
Who sees it: Us, the delivery company, and Google, where orders are stored (Google Sheets; its servers may be outside Morocco). If you accept cookies, Meta (Facebook) receives encrypted information to measure our ads.
How long we keep it: Only as long as needed to handle your order and meet our legal obligations.
Your rights: You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use by contacting +212662542015.

We only use Facebook's Meta Pixel if you accept it in the message shown at the bottom of the page. Without your consent, nothing is loaded.
